Chronicles of The Elimination diet Part 2

Day 3
Breakfast - coconut yogurt with kiwi, 6 rice/seed crackers
Lunch - left over chicken/veggie/rice noodle stir fry, steamed broccoli, slice of rice bread with honey, 1/2 pear, water
PM snack: rice english muffin with preservative-free organic raspberry jelly and honey, rice milk
Dinner: baked chicken breast and brown rice, green beans with red peppers sauteed in olive oil and garlic, sweat potatoes, apple juice

Dinner plate (Troy's, mine had pepper and salt added to it!)

One major tantrum in the morning, 2 time outs for bad behavior, easily irritated by Sierra but is not picking most the fights (Sierra was pretty annoying all day), and another major tantrum in the evening after taking a toy away from Sierra.  Listening is possibly marginally better, and I think over all the day had more Thayden smiles than a typical day. :)

The little instigator having a bubble bath last night
PS - I love my new Mac I got from my hubby for xmas- it comes with iCloud and PhotoStream so every picture I take with my iphone is automatically streamed wirelessly to my computer and available for my use, no need to actually plug my phone in to my computer to get my pictures!  Hopefully this means my blog stays more up to date (because it would usually be months of photos on my phone before I downloaded them.)

Day 4
Breakfast - blueberries, english muffin with raspberry jelly, rice milk
Lunch - homemade chicken-veggie-(rice) noodle soup, rice bread with honey, rice/seed crackers, rice milk
PM snack - sliced raw veggies (carrots, celery, red pepper), raw organic applesauce without preservatives
Dinner - left overs (TBD, I work tonight so Troy will have to scrounge the fridge)

Although this is kind of fun right now, it would be an extremely bad migraine if we had to make this our new lifestyle, especially if Thayden is at parties where his friends are eating things like pizza, mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets.  Thayden is already saying, "Mommy, when I am 5 do I need to keep my special diet?"  Right now my answer is "Probably not, Thayden."  After all, I don't know if his parents could handle that!
