| Troy and Thayden play a game of Jenga while Sierra plots how to knock it down |
Although it may not seem like it if you pay attention to this blog, we aren't just obsessed with food. :) This weekend I was off and didn't plan anything, really, which is probably lazy since I do not have many Golden Weekends left for this year but sometimes it is a lot of work (and money) to always be on the go. Plus, the weather has been cold and snowy which doesn't make outdoor activities at all inviting. So we stayed home. Daddy and Thayden played some Jenga, Sierra and I had tea parties. Thayden mastered many more levels in his Wii Mario Kart game (I am really not sure how he wins every race, I attempted and got last place every time!) We had a 1 year old birthday party on Saturday (sorry, no pictures). And Thayden and Sierra had a good time kicking it up with a dance party in our living room (tutu and all.)

Now back to the food. Thayden did improve this week after whatever toxin was in his system from saltines last week. We pretty much spent the rest of the week eating variations of chicken, rice, veggies, and fruits without adding anything else in.

Friday night, we let him have fish and he was very excited. I don't have a picture, but basically I put tilapia in some rice flour, salt, and pepper and fried it in olive oil. His behavior hasn't changed significantly, so I'm going to say fish is OK. So we had it again tonight. This time on the grill. :)

Debating what the next thing will be to add in, leaning toward eggs because if he can have eggs that opens our availability of breads (right now he can only have 1 that is in the freezer section of Whole Foods only.) Either that or corn. We'll see. This week I am hoping to get to the pool if Thayden continuous to have thumbs up days and then it is Sierra's 2nd birthday next weekend! Cannot believe she is already going to be two! (However, she tells you she is going to be 8 and then laughs her adorable little laugh.)
